A nurse with Buruku LG, Mrs Becky Aondozungwe Nyihemba is reported to have been burnt to ashes in her house at 3.00am by unknown person(s).
It is gathered that the house was seen burning by neighbours at midnight but the fire was too fiery for anyone to save her. The incidence is said to have thrown the community into terror and grief.
The late Mrs Becky is reported to have been a peace loving woman, who minded her business. It is still a wonder why anyone will hatch and execute such a wicked act against her.
Information reaching me at the time of writing this report is that her ashes are already being buried.
However, we call on the Commissioner of Police to conduct an immediate investigation into the death of Mrs Aondozungwe, with the aim of bringing the perpetrators to justice.
