—Says the culprits must be brought to justice
The Executive Chairman of Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State Hon. Prince Samuel Onuh has condemned the gruesome murder of a senior lecturer with the Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, Mr Adah Echobu Chris, saying the perpetrators of the heinous crime must be brought to justice.
It can be recalled that Mr Echobu Adah was killed on Sunday along Ekeh- Ugbokolo road in Okpokwu LGA of Benue State by unknown gunmen.
Hon Prince Onuh in a press statement today, urged security agencies to swiftly swing into action to investigate and track down those responsible for the murder of Mr. Echobu Adah.
He described the killing of the young lecturer which coincidentally took place closed to security checkpoints as atrocious, evil, uncalled for and against the norm of Enone people, assuring the people that he would join hands with other leaders of Enone to nip the growing level of insecurity in the bud as no meaningful development can take place in an unsecured land.
The Hon. Chairman, his council members and the entire good people of Ogbadibo Local Government Area, sympathize with the family of Mr. Echobu Adah, praying to God to give his bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
