Happening Now: Five People Killed On The Spot, Three Others Badly Injured As Two Vehicles Collide

Five people have died while three others are in bad condition following a tragic accident between two vehicles that were involved in a head-on collision. The accident reportedly happened at Ilibisil area on the Namanga-Kajiado Road. Police officers have already arrived at the scene of the accident to try and control the situation.

The two vehicles that have been involved in the accident are believed to be private cars that were ferrying their family members before the tragic accident was reported. It is also believed that one of the driver was trying to overtake another car before meeting an oncoming vehicle resulting in a head-on collision.

At the time of reporting, the fatalities had been confirmed to be five people while others were left in a very ugly condition. The two vehicles have been badly damaged as one of it was crashed from the front hence losing control and veering off the road. The other one had also been damaged but it was still resting by the road side.

Those how succumbed to the accident were taken to the mortuary while the ones who survived with serious injuries were rushed to the nearest health centers. Police officers are expected to contact their investigations to establish the real cause of the accident.
