On Tiktok, a woman named Sasha gave frightening advice to other women on how to cope spiritually with any man who causes them emotional distress or offends them in any way.

 

In a video she posted, the young lady explained how women may use their menstrual pads as a weapon to subjugate any man.

 

She claimed that all she had to do was write the offender’s name on a piece of paper and place it in the pad she wore during her period.

 

She claims that the practice should be repeated three times in a row, after which the man will be rendered useless in life unless he returns to ask for forgiveness.
