… Solicits support toward her 2023 annual convention
The Deputy Speaker of Benue State 10th Assembly, Hon Mrs Lami Danladi, yesterday, received in her Makurdi residence, the leadership of the Women Wing of Christian Association of Nigeria (WOWICAN), Benue State chapter.
The visit was to felicitate with her on her recent emergence as the state Assembly’s Deputy Speaker, and to equally solicit her support towards their forthcoming 2023 annual convention.
The WOWICAN, ably represented by their leaders, decorated the lawmaker in their Uniform as a mark of recognition.
While decorating her, they stated that, Hon Lami is a member of the extolled National Christian community by virtue of her dedication and pious living, in Christendom.
The group further recognized the numerous contributions that the Deputy Speaker has made in advancing God’s work here on earth.
Responding, Hon Lami thanked the group for the recognition and assured them of her continued support in the Lord’s vineyard.
” I remain committed to partnering with the church to advance the Gospel”, she stated .
She also appealed to the group to remain steadfast and always put leaders at every level of government, in prayers.
