The National Chairman and Youth President of the National Youth Alliance, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, has offered education scholarship to the children of the late Seidu Shittu from Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State. The late Mr. Shittu was a dedicated member of the NYA and served as the LGA Chairperson until his untimely death on Saturday.
During the 7th day prayer for the deceased at Ogaji village that was held on Friday, July 12, 2024, the Kogi State NYA Assistant State Chairman, Hon. Wada Ejima, along with other executives, presented an official letter of condolence and a financial token to the family on behalf of Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas. Hon. Ejima praised the deceased as a committed leader who worked tirelessly for the betterment of his community and Nigeria.
The bereaved family expressed their gratitude to Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas for his kindness and accepted his offer. They also appreciated the NYA for their support during their time of grief.
Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas commended the NYA National Vice Chairman for Northcentral, Hon. Ocholi Samuel, Kogi State Chairman, Hon. Abel Salami, Kogi State Assistant Chairman, Hon. Wada Ejima, and the entire Northcentral and Kogi State Executives for their roles in delivering the condolence message and scholarship offer.
