BREAKING: KIDNAPPED PASSENGERS IN OKPOKWU REGAIN FREEDOM
The Benue Links passengers kidnapped along Otukpo – Ekeh- Enugu highway have been freed. Two of the passengers were earlier freed, and the remaining passengers regained freedom today.
The action chairman of Okpokwu local government area, Hon Adah Matthew Inalegwu aka Adah Nasko who earlier charged security operatives to rescue the kidnapped passengers, revealed the palatable news. The chairman thanked the Executive Governor of Benue state, Rev.Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia, for his prompt response to the issue. The Governor in his sincere desire to free the kidnapped passengers mobilized security to Ekeh and environs to hasten the release of the passengers.
The synergy between the local government chairman and his action Governor has yielded fruitful results.
