Governor Hyacinth Alia has stepped up efforts to revamp primary education in Benue State with the recruitment and deployment of 9,700 new teachers across public schools.

The initiative, driven through the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) under Dr. Grace Adagba, aims to raise teaching standards and strengthen the educational foundation for children.

Alia reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building a stronger education system, noting that while results may not be immediate, the long-term impact will transform learning outcomes for future generations.
