Former Legislators Forum Appoints Dr. Francis Ottah Agbo As Its Benue Coordinator.

The National Forum Of Former Legislators NFOFL, has appointed Dr. Francis Ottah Agbo as Benue State Coordinator. Dr. Ottah Agbo fondly called the Ubagidi and Ozigizaga of politics was the Honourable Member representing Ado, Okpokwu, Ogbadibo Federal Constituency between 2019 and 2023. He was also the substantive Chairman, Narcotic Drugs Committee and Spokesman of the Minority Caucus in the 9th National Assembly.

A letter jointly signed by the National and Northern Coordinators of the Forum, Hon Raphael Nnanna and Hon Rufai’ Chanchagi respectively stated thus:

“It is our pleasure to have you on board as the Benue Coordinator of the National Forum Of Former Legislators. Your appointment is strictly on merit.

“It is also a reward for your unassailable and consummate commitment to national development, unity and parliamentary advocacy in the 9th National Assembly. As the Spokesman of the Minority Caucus, you deepened the Minority voice and parliamentary advocacy without being toxic in your criticism of the majority party.

“We firmly believe this appointment will enable you to expand the frontiers of national unity and development.”

The Ozigizaga has since accepted the offer and was in Abeokuta over the weekend to observe the proceedings of the Southern chapter of the Forum.
