Barrister Joy Ameh Okpainmo, Front-Runner for the Apa/Agatu Federal House of Representatives seat, has once again been honoured for her outstanding humanitarian contributions in Nigeria. She received an award from the Nigeria House of Dream Parliament (NHODP) in recognition of her consistent efforts toward alleviating the challenges faced by vulnerable communities.
The award was presented by the President of the organization, Comrade Michael Egila, alongside members of the executive, who described Barr. Joy as an Icon of Hope in Humanitarian Services in Nigeria. In her response, Barr. Joy expressed deep gratitude for the recognition, describing it as both humbling and motivating. She reaffirmed her commitment to humanitarian service and her resolve to continue working for the wellbeing and development of her people. Drawing from her experience as a National Assembly staff member in the Senate, she emphasized her understanding of legislative processes and her readiness to leverage that experience to attract meaningful development opportunities for her constituency.
