A key to functional and sustainable democracy greatly depends on the caliber of youthful followers we raise for future Leadership and Administrative roles.

The social economic importance and political relevance of any society depends on the characters of the youthful class, either groomed to become useful or raised to be destructive.

Our mindsets must be tuned and tilted towards positive thinking, virtues and dissuaded from negativities like political thuggery (get -rich -quick syndrome, indulgence in illicit drugs, addiction on strong liquor, gambling and other societal vices) that hinders us from wallowing in unprecedented bliss,economic stability and other divine treasures carefully designed for us by God.

For a society to avoid sitting on a “keg of gun powder with explosion tendencies”, An average Nigerian Youth must be taught the process of right thinking for making good decisions on issues and to institutionalize a peaceful society.

The wealth of a nation must not be left in the hands of mediocres and our economic fortunes must not be built on weak foundations, we must join hands to train competent successors in the leadership chain for the common benefit of all in our communities.
