Juventus striker and Portuguese forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has recovered from coronavirus.
The Serie A club confirmed the development on Friday, October 30, 2020.
“Ronaldo carried out a check with a diagnostic test (swab) for Covid-19. The exam provided a negative result,” the Italian champions said in a statement.
“The player has, therefore, recovered after 19 days and is no longer subjected to home isolation.”
Ronaldo first tested positive for coronavirus on 13th October, 2020 while playing with Portugal’s national team.
Since returning to Italy, he had been in self-isolation where he tested positive thrice.
The 35-year-old has missed four games for the Italian side, including Wednesday’s 2-0 Champions League loss to FC Barcelona.
