Baby-Mama Scatters Baby-Father’s Wedding in Makurdi, Benue State

The wedding ceremony between one Solomon Uto and Miss Charity Akuji failed to hold yesterday, Saturday 17/04/2023, after one of his babymamas identified as Mnena Iwambe applied to halt the wedding at NKST Ifan church.

According to a report by blogger, Queen-Eva Doosh, the groom Mr Solomon Uto 16-years back impregnated both his intending bride, Charity, and Nnenna same period in 2005. The two women gave birth a month apart with Mnena bearing him a son in October, 2005 while Charity, the bride, gave birth to a baby girl in November same year.

It was reported that the groom, Mr Solomon Uto deliberately refused to cater for Nnenna and their son, but took the responsibilities of his daughter and her mother, Charity, and decided to wed Charity on the ground that they are from same Konshisha local government. This excuse results in dumping Mnena and her son to their floundering fate.

Things however got out of hands when Mnena heard her baby-father was about to wed his other babymama, Charity, so she consulted the NKST Church, explained the situation to them and a letter was sent from NKST High Level, Makurdi to NKST IFAN detailing the church to cancel the wedding immediately.

However, the groom, Mr Solomon, reportedly convinced the elders of the church and the wedding was allowed to hold.

While church procession for the superlative event was ongoing, some boys allegedly working for the groom’s second baby-mama, Nnenna, invaded the church venue and forcefully stopped the wedding, almost angrily tearing the groom’s blazers suits and the bride’s sparkling white gown.

Though, it was alleged that a secret reception was to hold whether the union was blessed in church or not, however, as at the time of filing this report, it was not clear if the intending couple were able to hold any reception as alleged.
