A Constituent of Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, Mr. Sunny Bright Attah (MOG) has been dragged to a federal high court, Abuja on a cyber bullying and stalking allegation by the Enone Rep Member and will be arraigned in court this morning, 22nd May, 2025.
Mr. Sunny Bright Attah whom is a cousin to the Rep Member was arrested and detained for 2 days at the Police Cyber Crime Centre, Abuja earlier in April, 2025 by the Rep Member before he was granted administrative bail to go and attend his wedding.
Earlier this week, Sunny Bright Attah was served with a charge sheet, affixed with a handwritten note, bearing 20th June, 2025 and FHC 4.
Against standard law practice, there was no hearing notice attached to the charge but Sunny Bright’s legal team swiftly moved to FHC 4 to make enquires about the authenticity of the charge from the court and they discovered that the matter was actually slated for 20th May, 2025 and not the 20th June, 2025 handwritten on the charge.
The matter brought by Mr. Phillip Agbese as the nominal complainant against Sunny Bright Attah (his constituent) will be coming up today, 22nd May, 2024 at FHC 4, Abuja, after the defendant failed to appear in court Tuesday, 20th May, 2025 on account of ill health.
You may all recall that 4 Enone youths popularly known as the Enone 4 and another Enone youth were arrested and detained at Zone 7 Police HQ, Abuja sometime in April, 2025 by same Rep Member over allegation of cyber bullying and stalking.
The case of the Enone 4 is still pending and they may likely be arraigned at same FHC 4, Abuja on the 9th June, 2025, if all appeal by some Enone Leaders and stakeholders to the Rep Member to withdraw the case and let peace reign meet brick wall.
