Commissioner for Education Embarks on Familiarization Visit to School Construction Sites
Today, the Honourable Commissioner for Education and Knowledge Management, Dr. (Mrs.) Margaret Ademu Ijaguwa, embarked on a familiarization visit to inspect ongoing contracts for the construction of secondary schools across Zone A
As part of the exercise, the Commissioner visited Government Secondary School, Lessel, and Government Secondary School, Vandeikya. The visit is aimed at assessing the level of work done, ensuring compliance with standards, and reaffirming the government’s commitment to providing a conducive learning environment for students across Benue State.
Dr. Ijaguwa emphasized that education remains a top priority for the present administration, and the infrastructural development of secondary schools is critical to building a stronger future for the younger generation.
