Nigeria @65: Ozigizaga Felicitates With Benue South

 

The immediate past Member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency and Chairman, Narcotic Drugs Committee, Dr. Francis Ottah Agbo felicitates with the great people of Benue South Senatorial District on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day Anniversary (Nigeria @65).

Dr. Agbo urges his people to reflect on the rich cultural heritage of the Zone and their resilience as they celebrate this milestone. He said that from Ado, Agatu, Apa, Obi, Ogbadibo, Ohimini, Oju, Okpokwu, Otukpo, and to the numerous towns and villages that make up the district, that our diversity was our strength.

The Ubadidi of Enone as he is fundly called, implores us to honour the legacy of our past leaders who fought for our freedom and paved the way for our progress, adding that together, we shall build on their foundation and work towards a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

He asks that the efforts of our leaders, past and present, who have contributed to the development of our country and Zone should be recognised, and that Government’s initiatives/projects that will make a significant impact on the Zone should be supported.

“I urge us to use this opportunity to renew our commitment to the growth and prosperity of our district. Together, we can overcome challenges and achieve greatness. Happy Independence Day, my dear people!”
