In its continued effort to promote quality education and support young learners, the President of Williams Obande Foundation (WOF) has distributed learning materials to pupils in Orokam. The initiative, tagged “Back-to-School Bags,” is part of the foundation’s educational support program aimed at easing the burden on parents and encouraging children to stay in school.
During the distribution, the foundation’s president, Mr. Williams Obande, emphasized the importance of education as the strongest tool for community development. He noted that the foundation remains committed to supporting education across Benue State, especially in rural communities like Orokam, where such interventions make a significant difference.
Beneficiaries and parents expressed deep appreciation to the foundation for the kind gesture, describing it as timely and impactful as schools resume for a new term.
