Just now, armed Fulani herdsmen have murdered a village head , Mr. Drorugh Taki of Taki v
Village, Mbalagh Council Ward, in Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State.
The incident occurred shortly after Akpanaja, while the victim was on his way to Makurdi.
According to reports, the late Chief Taki was riding a motorcycle with his son when they ran into the killer herders.
As of the time of filing this report, the whereabout of his son is still unknown, as he was not found at the scene, and there has been no communication from him.
