Declaration of CURFEW in and around Orokam in Ogbadibo Local Government Area.

 

Following the recent escalation of kidnappings and attacks, leading to loss of lives in the Orokam-Ogbadibo Area, the Executive Chairman of the Ogbadibo Local Government Council, Hon Sunday Ameh Ajunwa has imposed a movement restriction in and around Orokam from 6 PM to 6 AM daily, effective from Sunday, August 17, 2025, until further notice.

The purpose of this curfew is to limit movement, reduce opportunities for criminal activities, and facilitate enhanced security patrols and incident response.

Residents are advised to adhere to the curfew guidelines and cooperate with security agencies to ensure their safety and well-being.
