My name is Onuh Ene Joan, Creative Director of Golden Chic Vintage and Iyanga Xclussive.
Golden Chic Vintage was my first fashion baby—born from a deep love for creativity, self-expression, and confidence through clothing. What started as a brand quickly evolved into a fashion academy where I’ve had the privilege of training over 50 students, offering scholarships to young talents who lacked the means but had the passion. That blend of style and mentorship earned Golden Chic Vintage its spotlight in the fashion industry.
From this foundation, Iyanga Xclussive was birthed—a ready-to-wear brand for bold, trendy, and effortlessly stylish individuals. It represents everyday elegance and youthful expression, serving as a more accessible extension of Golden Chic Vintage’s creative vision.
My ultimate goal is to build a sustainable African fashion house that celebrates originality, empowers the next generation of designers, and makes fashion a tool for self-expression. I envision Iyanga Xclussive as a household name for affordable luxury and everyday style, while Golden Chic Vintage continues to stand as a hub for creativity, mentorship, and innovation in African fashion.
