_Reaffirms Commitment to President Tinubu’s Second-Term Agenda_

The Women Wing of the CityBoy Movement held a strategic meeting with *Mr. Seyi Tinubu* in Abuja to formally present the movement’s aims, objectives, and nationwide mobilization strategy ahead of the next electoral cycle.
The delegation was led by the National Women Leader, *Haj. Ummusalma Ishayka Rabiu*, and included the Benue State Women Leader, *Hon. Amb. Comfort Briggs Lokpobiri*, who was accompanied by *Hon. Amb. Lilian Adoyi Ofiebor*. They were joined by women leaders representing 36 states across the federation and the federal capital, reflecting the expanding national structure of the movement.
In her opening remarks, the National Women Leader explained the purpose of the visit, highlighting the movement’s commitment to strengthening grassroots engagement and consolidating support for the administration of *President Bola Ahmed Tinubu*. She emphasized that the women wing remains focused on structured mobilization, political education, and sustained advocacy aimed at ensuring continuity of leadership.
A major highlight of the engagement was the official presentation of the movement’s core values and operational framework. According to the delegation, the group’s central mission is to mobilize, create awareness, educate, promote, train, and encourage women and the wider public about the policies and achievements of President Tinubu’s administration.
The women leaders also used the opportunity to reaffirm their unwavering support for President Tinubu’s second-term agenda, presenting a structured nationwide plan designed to strengthen political awareness, voter education, and grassroots participation across states and local government areas.
In his response, *Mr. Seyi Tinubu* commended the women for their initiative and organization, noting that their clarity of purpose reflects a strong commitment to national development and civic engagement. He encouraged the group to go beyond political mobilization by developing impactful programs that directly benefit young people and first-time voters. He also urged them to deepen grassroots engagement and extend their activities to swing states and underserved communities.
Mr. Seyi assured the delegation of his full support and pledged continued collaboration, emphasizing that his doors would remain open whenever the movement requires support.
The meeting was also attended by the *Director General of the CityBoy Movement, Mr. Shoga Francis Oluwatosin*, as well as the *Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande*, further underscoring the administration’s commitment to youth inclusion and women-led political participation.
In a significant development during the engagement, the Women Wing Headquarters of the CityBoy Movement was presented with *two buses* to support its operations and nationwide outreach activities. The women leaders also announced plans to commence *zonal tours across the country*, beginning with the *South-East and South-South regions*, as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilization and expand the movement’s national structure.
The session concluded with a resolution to reconvene at a later date with expanded participation from all state women leaders to further refine strategies and harmonize state-level action plans.
The CityBoy Movement Women Wing described the meeting as a significant milestone in consolidating a coordinated national structure that combines grassroots mobilization, policy advocacy, youth engagement, and sustained civic education.
